Yes. Enter the farm name at checkout. The invoice is then made out to the farm.

We deliver to any address served by the Post. For alp farms we recommend PostPac Priority or pickup in Altstätten.

We ship from Altstätten SG with Swiss Post throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

You can pay by invoice, TWINT or credit or debit card. All prices are in CHF. Voucher codes only apply to fan merchandise.

Invoice: Invoice with QR payment slip by email. We ship once payment has been received.
TWINT: Pay with the TWINT app.
Credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard.

You can return unused items within 30 days. Write to us at info@inoo.ch to arrange the return and you will receive a return label.

We give a 2-year warranty on all readers. If a device is defective, we replace it.

Switch on the readerSwitch on the HR0. Bluetooth is active as long as it is running.
Switch on keyboard modeHold the continuous read button and the C button together for 4 to 5 seconds until it beeps and HID appears on the display.
Pair with your phone or tabletIn the Bluetooth settings, select the HR0 as you would a keyboard.
Test scanScan a real ear tag. The device beeps and vibrates, and Herdy takes over the number.

Do the readers also work without Herdy?

Yes. The readers can be connected as a keyboard to any device that supports Bluetooth. Direct assignment to the animal is only available in Herdy.

Can I order on invoice as a farm?
